The latest device from Harman Kardon, a leading maker of audio devices used by major car brands worldwide, is a wireless speaker with v3.0 Bluetooth and a large-size battery. The high quality speaker form Harman Kardon is priced at only $99.99 (AU$137) on Gear Best.

The Harman Kardon Onyx Studio comes with an impressive bass output in a compact body. Even though it’s larger and pricier than other portable Bluetooth speakers, it delivers remarkable sound that justifies its size and cost, PC Mag reported.

The Onyx Studio sports a larger circular design and a solid frame. It features ports for connecting a microUSB cable, power cable, AUX and WPS. Under the speaker grille are two 3-inch woofers and two 3/4-inch tweeters.

It features an in-built rechargeable battery of 2,600 mAh capacity that that allows it to last for up to five hours. It’s equipped with v3.0 Bluetooth and can be easily connected to a smartphone or tablet. In order to establish a connection, one needs to press long on the Bluetooth button; search for it on the smartphone and connect to it.

The device can be also paired with a home network through a WPS feature. To accomplish this, one needs to press the WPS button on the router and on the Onyx Studio. The home network feature allows user to enjoy streaming music, Tech Radar reported.

On Amazon, the Harman Kardon Onyx Studio speaker is priced around $125 (AU$171). The same device is available at a lower cost of $99.99 (AU$137) on Gear Best, however. The latter also offers free shipping for buyers across the globe.

Harman Kardon is a world renowned brand when it comes to high quality speakers. It was founded in 1953 and its speaker systems are used in Rolls Royce, Mercedes-Benz and BMW 7 luxury sedans.
