Apparently, not everyone is currently enjoying fun and shootouts with GTA 5, as players using both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 have issues that they have been encountering.

For those who are using Sony's console, the company has already released a statement via the forums about the problem. Videogamer reports that those who have a digital copy of GTA 5 may need to contact the PlayStation support, particularly those with error 80029564 issues.

While this is understandable considering the raves about GTA 5, it seems that PS3 players are not the only ones who are experiencing the problem. But there has not been a way to work around the situation for Xbox 360 players.

Joystiq reports that the workaround involves installing the second Play disc into a USB instead of the Xbox 360 hard drive lets you in on better results to avoid frame rate and texture issues.

However, this is also a do-at-your-own-risk approach, because the results still vary depending on the type of USB that you will be using. The suggested is a 16GB drive as can be seen in the accompanying video.

Rockstar Games: No to GTA on next-gen

For all the tech and hype that is currently being touted for both the PS4 and the Xbox One, it seems that gamers shouldn't be putting their hopes up in seeing all of those translated to the PS4 and Xbox One.

This is developer Rockstar Games' statement when it comes to GTA. In an interview with The Guardian, Dan Houser of Rockstar confirmed that next-gen isn't part of Grand Theft Auto as a franchise--perhaps not even in GTA 6.

"We look at the tech at a more practical level: what will be ready for which game that we're working on further down the line. We don't have another GTA in development. So in terms of GTA, no."

On the upside, this may prove to be great news for those who are not yet thinking of pursuing the next-gen console as of yet.

One thing's for sure, even though Rockstar Games has been delivering installment after installment of great GTA, the future is very open to possibilities, and not constrained by an existing plan--so you can say that anything great can only go on at this point.

Find this secret on your GTA 5 Special Edition

For those who have bought a special edition of Grand Theft Auto 5, Game Front has found a pretty good Easter Egg on the very map included in the pack.

If you have an UV light in your house, just put the map near it and you will see the secret message alongside a number of markings on the map.

The message goes like this:

Great Ocean Highway

Through North Chumask

0.5 miles past Raton Canyon

<<- Wen guard rail ends

Follow the dirt road

Down to the Docks

Bring $500,000 CASH

Check out the image at Game Front and see all the weird marks. Whether or not it works is still up for discovery. Perhaps even the non-Special Edition holders can give it a try, though you never know what may happen.
