It's not even halfway through February but the hunger for the "Hunger Games" release is already causing mayhem and panic. Guess what? Even one of the lead stars is panicking at the thought of all the fame he'll be thrust in to. Josh Hutcherson speaks up about "Hunger Games" fame and the fans.

19-year old Kentucky boy, Josh Hutcherson, has been in a few films to start. A few may recognize him as the charming boy who felt the pitfalls of young love in "Little Manhattan" and in another tear-jerking film, "Bridge to Terabithia."

He's starred alongside Hollywood big shot, Dwayne Johnson, in "Journey to the Center of the Earth" and once again he'll be joining forces with "The Rock" in the sequel, "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island."

A few might say he's already prepared for the fame he'll be thrust into once the "Hunger Games" hit the cinemas this March but Josh himself doubts that. In an episode of "Jimmy Kimmel" live, Josh shares his thoughts on the limelight he'll be bathing in and all the crazy stunts fans have done.

"As far as being ready for it, I don't think there's any way to prepare for that kind of attention. But I'm excited," shared Josh when asked if he was ready for "Hunger Games" fame. Playing the lead role of Peeta Mellark, Josh should be ready for the attention.

In another separate interview by Hollywood.com, Josh answers how he deals with the massive hype about the "Hunger Games" and what people would expect if they were in his shoes looking from the inside out.

"It's a really exciting ride, honestly. To see that much anticipation leading up to the movie is unlike anything I'm familiar with. So it's a very exciting roller coaster, and...I can't wait for it to come out. To have that much anticipation before you even role the first frame of the film is very exciting. But honestly, once we got on the set, it was kind of like none of that really mattered.

We were there to make our movie, all of us were there to do our jobs that we were all good at. It was sort of like we forgot about it for a few minutes. And now we're reminded of it again every single day," said Hutcherson.

As for the crazy fans, Hutcherson has found that laughing it off is the best way to deal. He shares one experience he had during his holiday vacation at Kentucky when a few girls and their moms showed up at his house.

"They had sown clothes with pictures of my face. ... They drove down on the off chance that'd I'd be home for the holidays. ... It's cool that people are so passionate about the book," shared Josh.
