GTA 5 has been rocking out as the game definitely delivers on the hype. But it seems that the iFruit app was not as successful, if only due to the various issues that gamers have encountered.

"We are aware of these issues with Social Club or related networking hardware/services and have been working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Please note that we are aware of some reports about problems with the iFruit App (available on iTunes), such as login errors, endless loading spinners, and the app appearing the reset data," said Rockstar Games on their official website.

In a recent update, Rockstar Games has announced that they have already made some changes to help resolve some of the issues brought up, and are currently trying to find more bugs in order to resolve them quickly.

Rockstar Games has rolled out two apps for iFruit, which feature Chop the Dog and another on Los Santos Customs. There is also a 100-page manual app for GTA 5, where you can get the full digital manual as well as a copy of the map of Los Santos.

Disney game iPad app free until October

The Disney Infinity Toy Box now has an iPad app, and it is available on iTunes for free until October 5. This way, you can now extend your playtime beyond what the console offers, as well as get a whole new game that you can enjoy on the go.

"Similar to the console version, players have unprecedented freedom and endless opportunity to create stories and play experiences starring the beloved characters from Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios' most popular franchises," said Disney in a statement quoted by CVG.

Disney also stated that you can transfer any of your Toy Box creations from the iPad to the console, which also makes it as a complementary app for the console game. But it is also a standalone app in the sense that it is already a portable version of the Toy Box, but syncing it to your console version allows you to extend the original game's possibilities.

Some of the features of the new Toy Box app you can play with include customisations of adventures, characters, and gadgets, transfer of edits for cross-platform play, and 60 free items that can be tinkered with on the app.

Riddick is now an iOS game

Vin Diesel's latest flick may not have done as well in the movies, but the overall plot of Riddick may be the perfect basis for a new iOS app.

This week, Riddick: The Merc Files will be available for download on the iOS, but it is already available in New Zealand, for those who have another iTunes account for that area.

According to Touch Arcade, The Merc Files is the most recent in Riddick app history, which so far, has delivered pretty good app content. Riddick: The Merc Files will be sold at $2.99.
