iPhone 6 And iPhone 6S Plus Prices Slashed, Best Buy Offering $150 T0 $200 Gift Card On AT&T, Sprint And Verizon Plans
The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus that arrived in September 2014 are six months old now. In the recent past, new competitive flagships like the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S6 Edge and the HTC One M9 have been released. During the hype of the newly released flagships, news about discounts on the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus have surfaced.
Best Buy is giving away a free gift card worth $150 to users who wish to acquire plans like AT&T Next and Verizon Edge. Also, there is a $200 free gift card waiting for those buyers who will the iPhone 6 or the iPhone 6 Plus along with Sprint Easy Pay or Sprint Leasing plans.
According to Christian Today, the free gift cards are available on all the storage variants and colour options of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus. Both the handsets can be availed without paying any down payment. The entire cost of the device will be equally distributed through monthly payments until the contract lasts.
Best Buy has not mentioned as to when the last date of the promotional offer. The gift card that will be giving to the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus purchasers can be used to purchase other items listed on the store.
Speculations have it that the recent reduction in the prices of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus is an indication that Apple is preparing the launch of successor models, like the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus. The International Business Times report published on March 9 says that the Cupertino based company will start the mass production of the devices by June and they are expected to come out in the market by late summer or early fall.
The iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S are rumoured to come with plenty of new features such as iOS 9 operating system, Apple A9 chip, 2 GB of RAM, 3D Touch, edge-to-edge display, Apple SIM and more, states the IBTimes report. Apple is also expected to launch iPhone 7 and the iPhone 6C this year.
