Kim Kardashian is rumoured to be pregnant with her second child. The reality star has reportedly been trying to dress demurely and her full figure is said to hint her early pregnancy.

Kim Kardashian’s desire of giving baby North a sibling may have finally come true if the recent reports are confirmed. According to Mirror UK, there are a couple of signs that hint the possibility of Kim’s pregnancy. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star has been known to show a little more skin than necessary when she steps out in public. However, these past few weeks Kim has reportedly been dressing rather demurely. “She has remained remarkably demure over the last few weeks or so,” Mirror UK writer Fay Strang said.

Likewise, the 34-year old reportedly seems to have gained more weight. According to the site, Kim Kardashian’ “appears to have slightly fuller frame.” Fans have also taken notice of her full figure during her recent appearances including her visit to Paris when she launched her Kardashian Beauty hair care line. MTV UK also noted the star’s fuller frame when she appeared at the French capital wearing a sultry wrap dress that accentuated her figure.

The site also shared a couple of photos of Kim Kardashian during her Paris visit. One photo shows her signing fans’ autographs on the street, while the other photo clearly shows her full figure as she poses for the camera while standing beside her beauty products.

Fans have also taken notice of Kim Kardashian’s full figure and are speculating that perhaps she is indeed pregnant with her second child. Mirror UK quoted a fan who recalled that Kim Kardashian once said she “would drop anything to have another baby.”

It’s no secret that Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West have been trying to get pregnant again. In an interview for the Jan. 26 episode of Entertainment Online, the reality star revealed that she prays she would conceive again. During the interview, Kim Kardashian was also asked to comment on those incessant rumours of her being pregnant. During that time she denied the reports and said, “I’m about fifteen pounds heavier, but I’m not [pregnant].”
