PS4 vs. Xbox One: New PS4 Model and Far Cry 4 Bundles Revealed; October Games With Gold Announced
A new model of the PS4 has been spotted in the market bearing the model name CUH-11XXA. However, what's noticeable is the fact that Sony has not announced the release of the new model.
DualShockers has spotted the new PS4 model after following the certification conducted. It appears that the new model is already being sold and there are even a few of these PS4 models that have been included in bundles.
Some of the bundles are "The Last of Us" Remastered and "Destiny" for both Europe and North America. There's even a bundle for the new PS4 model that features the white version. Note that the new PS4 model can be CUH-1116A or CUH-1115A, and owners can check what model they are purchasing by checking out the lower right or lower left area of the box facing the front. The old model bears the name CUH-10XXA, so be sure to get the latest PS4 model.
'Far Cry 4' Gets 2 Bundles For PlayStation
When the very flashy and fabulous dictator and self-appointed king Pagan Min first debuted as a unique villain for "Far Cry 4," the game suddenly became controversial and exciting at the same time. And now, a new trailer shows off just how ironically savage and charming he is, flashy pink suit, shock-blond hairdo and all.
With the new trailer, which shows off some gameplay footage for "Far Cry 4," Sony has announced over the PlayStation Blog Europe that there will be bundles for both the PS4 and PS3 for the upcoming "Far Cry 4." The box art can be seen in the link above, but you will basically be getting a copy of the game and the standard PS4 and PS3 consoles with controller.
Games With Gold for October Revealed
While Sony has promised the reveal of the PS Plus October lineup during the first week of the month, Microsoft has already revealed the upcoming games for its Xbox platforms. First, those with an Xbox One can get a free game titled "Chariot," which is an indie title. This will be available for a whole month on the Xbox One.
For those on the Xbox 360, the first title to be available from Oct. 1 to 15 is "Battlefield: Bad Company" while Oct. 16 to 31 will usher in "Darksiders II."
