While the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 still has a month before its official release, there have been a few tests to the devices, the latest of which is the display test. Because of this, consulting firm DisplayMate has reportedly dubbed the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to have the "best performing smartphone display" ever tested by the company.

Gadgets NDTV has reported about the review of DisplayMatem wherein the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is said to have set or matched the records when it comes to the display's colour accuracy, resolution, contrast, and brightness variation, among others. setting the record with DisplayMate since 2006, the Samsung Galaxy Note seems to have rated very great to excellent in the Shoot-Out article.

Besides the screen resolution and quality, there has also been a report of improvement for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 when it comes to its power efficiency when compared from the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The same verdict for the smartphone display has been given to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's Lack of Availability in the U.K.

Apart from the display review, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has also been announced for the U.K. with retailer Clove having announced the first stock arriving the week before Oct. 13. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be sold at £575 with yet unannounced monthly plans.

Another device that that has recently seen the spotlight alongside the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. However, unlike the upcoming phablet, the curved-display device will not be available in the U.K. SamMobile reports that the Clove's distribution channels seem to have hinted the absence of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge in European countries.

The limited quality may stem from the unique manufacturing process and features of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, which is also one given reason why its price tag has not yet been revealed.

Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime For The Selfies

The earlier rumoured A series coming from Samsung may have already seen its first device, which is the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. The reported new device will be sporting a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies, which is one of the supposed trademark for the A series.

According to GSM Arena, there are no official info yet about the upcoming smartphone, but there is talk about the 8-megapixel main camera (a lesser degree than the South Korean company's newest phablet), a Snapdragon 400 chipset, Android 4.4 Kitkat and an alleged 5-inch qHD resolution display.
