Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Infographic Explores More Features as Rumoured A-Series Gets More Details
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 may still not have a definitive release date except for the vague October expected release month, but that does not stop Samsung from boasting about its upcoming device's specs.
This time, they're taking a more complex and catching infographic that shows off the hardware and main features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, starting with the unit's main dimensions. Spotted by Sammyhub, the features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 include the metal frame, enclosed in the body that has four colour choices, Frost White, Charcoal Black, Bronze Gold and Blossom Pink.
The S Pen also features some improvement, from the 1024 pressure level of the previous model to the 2048 for this version. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also features Smart Selection for photos, the Snap Note for capturing and editing written notes and fast charging speed, which has been cut to almost half from the previous model.
All of the other features are detailed in the infographic, which can be seen in the link above. The infographic comes after the released Samsung Galaxy Note 4 commercial, which reportedly attacks the upcoming Apple iPhone 6. The video trailer can be seen below. The most noticeable thing about the ad is that it not only shows off the origin of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as the phablet that started big phones, but that it also blatantly calls out Apple's iPhone 6, claiming that it should thank Samsung for bringing the trend for the bigger-screened iPhone device.
Beside the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the South Korean company has also been rumoured to be developing three new devices that will be part of the Galaxy A-series. And according to SamMobile, the SM-A500 is the first of these devices to feature a metal body.
In the latest update about the rumoured device, the report notes that it will take the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 one step higher by giving the SM-A500 a full metal treatment. Aside from this, it will also be adapting some features including the TouchWiz interface on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
The SM-A500 is also reported to have a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display. The specs are not yet set in stone, as the camera alone has shifted from the previously known 8-megapixel to the now 13-megapixel, but considering what has been revealed of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the specs may stray too far from what Samsung has already rolled out.
