Taking on the last-minute updates and information leaks on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that's expected to take centre stage at the IFA 2014 event in Berlin, a new tidbit has been revealed a day before the event.

Earlier, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was spotted on the official website of Samsung as well as another image. This time, the leak has something to do with the release date of the device.

SamMobile reports that the known price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been leaked from Russia, specifically the retailer Media Markt. The report reveals that the price tag of Samsung's upcoming phablet is 34,990 rubles, which roughly translates to $940.

This follows a similar trend as to what was seen with last year's Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The price tag of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is by no means final, but this could be expected during the IFA Berlin event.

Apart from this, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has been teased in a variety of trailers leading to the IFA 2014 event. And most of these teasers have revolved around the pen as it transitions from the past use of paper to what is being used on the Samsung Galaxy Note as an S Pen.

Now it seems that Samsung is looking forward to releasing a conventional ballpen that doubles as an S Pen or stylus. The Cross Ballpoint C Pen has been listed over the accessories of Samsung devices as it can also be used for other mobile models of the brand.

Instead of being inserted in the slot of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the Cross Ballpoint C-Pen has a clip-on for easy carrying and even a polished style that makes it a sophisticated accessory for your mobile needs.

Another leak related to the Samsung brand has something to do with a possible variant of the recently released Samsung Galaxy Alpha. Phone Arena has stumbled upon a listing that shows off the possible SM-A500. Previously, it was announced that Samsung will be releasing an entire line that follows the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and the three spotted variants have the model numbers SM-A300, SM-A500 and SM-A700.

The spotted device was seen in the GFXBench's benchmark and revealed a few of the suspected specs, including the 4.8-inch 720p display, the 64-bit chipset, the 12-megapixe rear camera, 2GB of RAM and Android 4.4.4 Kitkat capability. The link from Phone Arena features the listing over at GFXBench, and you can see additional details for connectivity and other specs.
