With two months to go on the timeline, Microsoft recently let out some new information involving the Xbox One through various interviews and sources.

Burning questions of Xbox fan--from the upcoming and much-awaited Halo on Xbox One to new possible Kinect uses for an AAA game coming out on Xbox One--have been answered by Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft Studios.

Beginning with how Xbox One has finally been cleared (even for a bit) of the negative reception at the E3, Spencer had stated in an interview with The Wall Street Journal that they now feel good about the direction that the Xbox One is going. The next step is to make sure that the preorders will become sales when the time comes, while turning their eyes towards the games that will be offered.

Halo was also touched on during the interview, with Spencer confirming that everything will begin in 2014. 343 Industries has been the confirmed developer to be working on the Halo for Xbox One, though it wasn't cleared if this will be the Halo 5 that is much awaited by fans.

One reason why Halo on Xbox One was not put up as a launch game is to ensure that it follows the heritage set by Halo for its four installments.

In a separate interview at Tokyo Game Show as reported by Bloomberg, Spencer also hinted that Microsoft is hard at work in preparing the TV program that will be made available for the Xbox One.

"They have literally hundreds of ideas that they are incubating right now," said Spencer in the interview. "We will have some new announcement for TV shows coming pretty soon."

One of the awaited programs for the Xbox TV is the previously announced Halo series that is spearheaded by Steven Spielberg. While there have been no updates regarding that, other partnerships that it plans to tap into include the National Football League for highlights and scores.

Battlefield 4 looks at Kinect

EA and DICE have been rolling out a number of updates for Battlefield 4 to get you Prepared 4 Battle.

After all the multiplayer reveals, vehicle customisations, and intense gears and weapons that you can use in the battlefield, now Battlefield 4 may also dabble with the capabilities of Kinect.

If this happens, it will be an even more immersive experience, as DICE revealed in an interview with the Xbox Wire Staff has revealed that they are planning on experimenting with Kinect tools that may help enhance the overall stealth experience of the game.

"With Kinect, we're looking into features that enhance the controls including peeking and leaning and tracking head movement as well as incorporating voice commands," said Patrick Bach, executive producer of Battlefield 4.

Battlefield 4 is already going to have an added feature via SmartGlass, where they can take advantage of the second screen while also viewing the overhead map when in multiplayer modes. Next-gen has also allowed a number of then-impossibilities, such as the 64-player multiplayer as well as the redesigned Commander Mode that is now

Battlefield 4 is really paving the way towards a realistic experience on the battlefield. What do you think of the possible Kinect tools?

Dead Rising 3 multiplayer available at launch

The Xbox One launch title from Capcom, Dead Rising 3, has been recently announced for co-op, and developer Capcom Unity has detailed some of the things that you can expect from the game.

One of the most important for those who want to play multiplayer for this zombie-apocalypse game is that once Xbox One releases this November, the multiplayer is already in tow, with Nick and Dick of Dead Rising 3 ready to take the action downtown.

This is because you can either pair up or do your own thing as Nick and Dick have the option of taking on Los Perdidos as solos or comrades, depending on the player. The former choice has the added option of you being able to operate "coop-centric vehicles."

Capcom Unity adds that any saves that you do in the coop mode will automatically transfer to your single-player mode, so you don't have to worry about repeating a chapter by yourself if you have already skipped and cleared that with your partner in crime.

Another aspect to look forward to in Dead Rising 3 is the number of psychopaths that you will encounter. For this run of whackos, you can expect each one to be based on a deadly sin, so there will be seven in total.

The first to be revealed is Greed, who looks like a cross between a butcher and an aspiring-turned-deadbeat doctor, who has ring-laden fingers strung on his neck as an accessory.

Expect regular people bosses as well, who are probably toting their own wicked rides in the game. A screenshot of weapon blueprints have also revealed a number of interesting pieces, such as the Knife Gloves, Chest Beam, Blambow, Acid Rain, Jazz Hands, and Electric Chair--you have to wonder what kind of weapons those will make up.
