Xiaomi Mi4i Release Date, Shocking Low Price, Photos, Specifications And More
The Xiaomi Mi 4i, the affordable version of the 2014 Xiaomi Mi4 flagship has been unveiled. The manufacturer will be first focused on marketing the handset in Asian markets like India and later on it may be made available to the rest of the world.

On MIUI.com, several photos of the Xiaomi Mi4i have been uploaded along with some AnTuTu benchmark app screenshots. The Xiaomi Mi 4i has a thickness of 7.8 mm and weighs 130 g. The chassis of the device is entirely made up of plastic. It comes in colour schemes such as black, white, yellow, blue and pink.
The Xiaomi Mi 4i is fitted with the same 5-inch full HD OGS IPS screen that was provided on the original Mi4 handset. It offers a pixel density of 441 ppi. The Sunlight display feature will make it possible to view the contents of the display with ease in bright outdoor conditions.
The Snapdragon 801 chipset has been replaced by a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 chipset that is packet with an octa-core processor. The four cores of Cortex A53 clock at 1.7 GHz and other four cores clock at 1.0 GHz.
The chipset also includes Adreno 405 chipset and is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It comes with an inbuilt storage of 16 GB. There is no external card slot on the device. The Android 5.0 Lollipop OS comes overlaid with MIUI interface.
The Xiaomi Mi 4i has a 13 MP f/2.0 aperture rear camera enabled with dual-LED flash. The front-facing camera is of 5 MP. It is a dual SIM handset that supports 4G connectivity on both slim slots. It also features other connectivity features like Wi-Fi, v4.1 Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0 and so on. The device is loaded with a massive battery of 3,120 mAh battery.

The Xiaomi Mi 4i will be sold in India through the famous online retailer, Flipkart, from April 30. The international release date is not known yet. It is priced around $200, states Phone Arena.
