‘Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice': Another Concept Photo Of Wonder Woman's Gauntlet Pose

Another concept art for “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” featuring Wonder Woman has been released online. This time it gives a clearer look at the Amazon hero while she is doing her gauntlet pose.

Notorious movie scoopster Umberto Gonzalez shared the photo on his Instagram page. The image was captioned “POW! HOT #WONDER WOMAN #PROMO #ART FROM #BatmanvSuperman! Gauntlets pose! Apologies for watermarking her right thigh but too many clowns have been removing the watermark.” The photo has since received over one thousand four hundred likes since he shared it on May 12.

According to Comicbook.com, Wonder Woman’s gauntlets in the photo could be what “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” would use as her Bracelets of Submission. Per writer Jamie Lovett, the gauntlet’s “design looks more like vambraces with hand and possibly arm wraps underneath.” They reportedly look like they’re connected to form one piece of armour.

This is the second photo of Wonder Woman in her gauntlet pose. Gonzalez previously shared another concept art of the Amazon hero doing the same pose on May 8. However, the photo was a little blurry and pixelated. In this concept art Wonder Woman could be seen doing a forward lunge move with her arms across her chest. In the recent image she is kneeling down with only her right knee touching the ground.

Gal Gadot has been cast to portray the role of Wonder Woman in “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.” She joins Ben Affleck (Bruce Wayne), Henry Cavill (Superman) and Amy Adams (Lois Lane). The film is scheduled for a U.S. release on March 25, 2016.

Gal Gadot initially received criticisms when it was first announced that she had grabbed the role as Wonder Woman. The actress was especially criticised for her lack of physical resemblance to the Amazon hero in the comics. However, Gal proved that she is suited for the part by going through a rigorous workout training to improve her physicality. Moviepilot shared a photo of a woman believed to be Gal Gadot looking ripped. The once skinny actress had a complete body transformation considering she had gained muscles on her arms and legs.
