Caitlyn Jenner Shows How To Wear Smart Casual Sexy Black Dresses

Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, impressed fashion critics Monday night with her sexy black dresses. The celebrity was spotted leaving her residence for two separate engagements.

For dinner with friends, Caitlyn matched a black wrap dress to a pair of comfortable sandals and a leather clutch. For another engagement, she put on a more formal ensemble: a fitted black dress matched to black slingback heels and a silver clutch.

Dressing up is part of Caitlyn’s reasons for starring in “I Am Cait,” an 8-episode series slated to be aired on E! Caitlyn said she is doing the series to tell her story. She talked about putting on clothes which she could not identify with before her transition.

On Twitter, Caitlyn told her followers she was out having dinner with a “powerful group of trans women.” Us Magazine reported this social meet with a photo of Caitlyn together with Candis Cayne, Chandi Moore, Geena Rocero, Allie Hoffman, Sam Feder, Trace Lysette, Barbara CarRellas, and Trace Lysette.

“People don't understand looking into the mirror and nothing seems right. Putting on clothes that you really don't identify with,” Caitlyn said in the E! teaser for “I Am Cait.” (Watch the show’s trailer below.)

“I Am Cait” will premiere on E! on July 26. Teasers about the series are now available on YouTube. One video has drawn over two million views, 10 thousand thumbs-up and six thousand thumbs-down.

Caitlyn recently showed up for a New York party celebrating LGBT pride. Yahoo has several snaps of the special appearance, which is also going to be a part of “I Am Caitlyn.” She wore a casual white dress for the occasion.
