‘Driveclub’ vs. ‘Forza Horizon 2’: DLC Plans Detailed As Microsoft Reveals Its Final Car List
In half a month, "Forza Horizon 2" will be hitting launch on Sept. 30, and at launch, it will have a grand total of 210 cars for the Xbox One. Microsoft has already announced the final list of cars to complete the title's offering.
Over at the Xbox Wire, the developer features the complete poster of the "Forza Horizon 2" which shows off all the cars in the title. But for this week's final reveal of cars, here are the last drives that will be available at launch:

In addition to anticipating these 210 cars in "Forza Horizon 2," players of the Forza series will be happy to know that there is a tier-based rewards system to give you more items for the upcoming title. GameSpot reports that the experience you have playing past Forza games, from the miles you've driven to the DLCs you own, will be counted in the "Forza Rewards."
If you have reached Tier 2, you can expect to get a few cars for free with "Forza Horizon 2." The system of rewards is as follows:
- Tier Level 2: 2011 BMW 1 Series M Coupe
- Tier Level 3: 2013 Viper GTS
- Tier Level 4: 2015 Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4
- Tier Level 5: 2014 Local Motors Rally Fighter
- Tier Level 6: 2013 McLaren P1
According to the report, you can get the cars based on the tiers that you reach, and they will be automatically be included in your "Forza Horizon 2" the moment it launches on Sept. 30.
For those who are anticipating the other racing game exclusive to the PS4, "Driveclub," the delayed title has received a few more details towards it Oct. 7 release date. One piece of good news is that the download size for "Driveclub" is a manageable 17 GB, which Gamingbolt reports is the install size as confirmed by game director Paul Rustchynsky.
This is a good feat considering the high resolution and quality of the title. As far as preorders are concerned, there are no specific dates, but Rustchynsky has tagged "next week" as a starting point.
DLCs will also be coming for the title as Eurogamer reports that Evolution Studios has already planned post-launch expansion releases until next June. These include Photo Mode, more routes and tracks and an offer of one free car a month until June 2015. For the paid DLCs, there will be a Season Pass sold at €24.99, while the rest of the "Driveclub" DLC plans are detailed in an infographic via the Eurogamer link above.
