"GTA 5" has already broken a number of records for the much-anticipated (and now much-played) game of the year.

But it seems that this is not yet the end of the hype or the success, as an analyst has been looking through the numbers and can see an even bigger figure waiting for the newest "Grand Theft Auto" installment.

Speaking with IGN, Robert W. Baird analyst Colin Sebastian said, "Given the significantly higher installed base of relevant console platforms at launch, greater sales concentration among the top video game franchises, and unprecedented pent-up demand, we expect GTA 5 to outpace GTA 4 sales, and generate roughly $1 billion in retail sales during the first month."

Other analysts have also pointed to selling as many as 20 million copies before March 2014. This won't be a surprising figure nor will it be as hard to achieve, considering the success that "GTA 5" is already experiencing to date.

Guide to Collectibles: What You Can Get in the Game

Going by the tradition of "Grand Theft Auto," "GTA 5" has a number of collectibles that you can get as you explore more and more of Los Santos. But to get you started on it, GameRanx has found a number of videos that was created by YouTube user PowerPyx.

You can get the Show Off achievement and attain 100 percent for the game once you are able to complete all 50 stunt jumps in the game.

One tip is to use Franklin when doing these stunts, as he has the capability of slowing down time, which can give you a better run at stunts.

There are also a total of 50 Under the Bridge Aerial Challenges, which will give you the Close Shave achievement and is required for 100 percent game completion. The trophy also requires you to complete 15 knife fights.

PowerPyx's tip is to use a Maverick helicopter from the South Los Santos hospital helipad, which should have spawned. This is a pretty easy achievement to get, though best to ensure that the character you are using has a maxed out flying statistic.

To get a Waste Management trophy, you can also collect the 30 Nuclear Waste Collectibles. For this one, PowerPyx states that you need to do three things: complete the Merryweather Heist, buy the Sonar Collections Dock and play as Michael.

Most of the nuclear waste can be found at the bottom of the ocean, so you will need the Trackify app, which you can get once you own the dock. But note that doing this in one go can take you up to 2 hours.

A New Form of Desperation? Fan is Stabbed and Robbed of 'GTA 5'

Even though "GTA 5" is all about putting the realism of a crime on a video game, there is a limit to how much people are influenced by it. But it seems like one fan got the bad end of the brunt.

In a sad incident in London, a man who had been shopping in a supermarket and had just purchased a copy of the "GTA 5" was hit with a brick, robbed and then stabbed. All of the items that he had just bought, including a copy of the game, were taken, reports Telegraph.

Whether or not the man was targeted for having a "GTA 5" copy, or if the "GTA 5" game was also taken as part of the robbery was never confirmed, but it provides a damper to fans, who have given their two cents' worth on Twitter.

Other stunts that ended in a not-so-great light include a publicity stunt that had almost turned into a real-life rough run-in with the cops. Expert Reviews reports that the stunt was planned in a French games shop. The employees were dressed up "GTA 5" style, but those who saw them thought that a robbery was brewing.

It may have been the face masks and toy guns that gave them away. But passersby called the cops, and real police force went to the scene. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and the matter was cleared before anything happened.

Still, there's a divide between the game and real life, and perhaps some people still need to be reminded of that.
