A concept video has suggested that the next generation Google Nexus device will pack an Android 5.0, 5.2 inches display with 2K resolution 2560 x 14400, quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 13MP sensor camera, 3GB of RAM and aluminium uni-body with Gorilla Glass 4.

Some of the specs mentioned like the 5.2 inches display, 2K resolution and the 3GB of RAM have been rumored in the Samsung Galaxy S5. It is not surprising to see the same specs with the Google Nexus 6. However, with these killer specs, the Nexus 6 needs to step up and have a much larger battery, a minimum of 3000 mAh.

Other concept videos about the Nexus 6 pointed out some Samsung Galaxy Note 3-like features. This Samsung version packs a 6.3 inches Super AMOLED plus full HD screen, Exynos 5 Octa CPU, 3GB of RAM, 128GB of memory, microSDXC, 13MP sensor camera with full HD capture and a 4500 mAh battery. However, there is no indication that Samsung will manufacture the next Google Nexus device. It is more likely to be made by LG or Motorola.

Another concept video of the Nexus 6 revealed that the next-generation Google device might look like the iPhone 6. According to the Phones Review UK, the Nexus 6 might draw design features that mimic the HTC One's aluminium uni-body, 5 inches full HD Super LCD 3 touchscreen display, 6-core Snapdragon 1000 processor, 64-bit processor and 6GB of RAM. However, the specs are beleived a bit futuristic, if not unrealistic.

According to the International Digital Times, the Nexus 6 will be a refreshed Nexus 5 which will sport a 5.2 inches curved screen display, quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, 13MP sensor camera with OIS, 3000 mAh battery and a plastic body.

There are some Nexus 6 concepts that flood the Internet nowadays, all of which present interesting enhancements to the Nexus 5. These remain concepts with unrealistic design features and specs that we might never see coming to the next generation Google Nexus devices.
