Wealth Inequality Widens in the US

Pew Research Center has released its latest report showing the disparity in growth in US households. Surprisingly, the survey indicated that US households whose net worth was $500,000 and more recovered from gloomy recession. The rest of US households have posted a loss of 4.9 percent in "home" wealth (in 2009-11).

Kwinana Freeway Crash Kills 1, Rescuers Free Victims from Wreckage

Two cars collided on the Kwinana freeway at 11:20 am Wednesday, killing one person and injuring others. An ABC photo shows firefighters and authorities responding to the fatal accident near Baldivis, south of Perth. The rescuers told reporters there were still some people trapped in the car wreckage as of press time.
