Two epic games are unveiled at the ongoing E3 2012 in L.A: Star Wars 13 13 and Tomb Raider.

Electric Entertainment Expo 2012 or known as E3 2012 is an annual trade show for computer and video games. This year's event is currently taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 5 to June 7.

Star Wars fans will be delighted with the news that Star Wars 1313 will soon be coming on our way. The game promises be the best video game that franchise ever made in years.

The game is a product of the collaborative effort from the teams at LucasArts, Lucasfilm Animation, Industrial Light and Magic, and Skywalker Sound.

LucasArts did not reveal much about the game. However, some of the details are known such as the 1313's setting that takes place between the Star Wars trilogies, and is set on level 1313 of the Imperial capital, Coruscant. Coruscant has over 5,000 levels, and 1313 is a part of the planet's underworld, a seedy place full of criminals and lawlessness. Of course, the game's theme is the battle between good and bad.

Basically, LucasArts wants 1313's maturity to come across in its themes, in the way it tackles heavy moments, and presents a darker side of the Star Wars universe -- expect more Mos Eisley cantina, less Ewok village.

The core of the game revolves around a combination of cover-based shooting and platforming, all of which apparently ties back into your hunter's background. The goal is to blend the in-game cut-scenes together with gameplay so smoothly that you don't really notice, while taking care to make sure you get to actually play the most exciting parts.

It was last year at the event when we last saw Lara Croft. This year, a tougher and more determined heroine debut

The upcoming Tomb Raider video game is the fifth installment developed by Crystal Dynamics in the Tomb Raider franchise. The first in a third storyline, the game is set to provide no correlation to the entirety of the previous entries in the series. Thus, this reboot emphasizes the reconstructed origins of the culturally influential lead character, Lara Croft.

Tomb Raider is scheduled for release on 5 March 2013 for major game consoles such as PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
