'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' New Game Plus DLC allows players to start new game with all skills and certain items from previous playthrough
"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" New Game Plus DLC can now be availed by Xbox One gamers. It would seem that the console from Microsoft has gone ahead since the DLC update has yet to be released for PS 4 and PC versions.
Still, with its release for the Xbox One, it could only mean that the update will be rolling out to other platforms pretty soon.
With the game's New Game Plus DLC, gamers - who have already previously finished the game - can repeat "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" experience by starting over with all of their developed character skills and some items, which are inclusive of recipes, gear and money. However, this New Game Plus mode will not allow players to retain their trophies, usable items, and collected Gwent cards. Plus, considering that the DLC update will make all previously saved skills and certain objects playable, CD Projekt RED developers still included a twist. With the New Game Plus DLC, the villains of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will now be even more difficult to defeat, according to Tech Times.
As stated in the update's description on the Xbox Store, gamers can relive the epic adventure with all skills and certain items from their previous playthrough, and even get to face off with even more ferocious enemies.
Since the DLC has already been released for Xbox One gamers, they can already download the game on their console right at this moment. To date, CD Projekt RED has not given any further details regarding the update, but they are expected to offer more information about any additional "The Witcher 3" expansions soon.
With the excitement continuing its build up, CD Projekt RED has already confirmed that there will be two more expansions and that one of which will be featuring Shani.
